Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cx664 ("cx664", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cx664 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of cx664, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the cx664 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the cx664 Platform. Access to cx664 is a privilege, not a right, and cx664 reserves the right to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any player at its sole discretion, consistent with these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and a translated version (if any), the English version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a cx664 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cx664 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. This is a non-negotiable condition and applies regardless of the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts may not register as players.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or have previously been permanently excluded from cx664 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register that prohibits you from accessing gambling platforms.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

cx664 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate, for the purpose of confirming that a player meets the eligibility requirements set out in this section. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

By registering with cx664, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active cx664 account. Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. cx664 may use this information to verify your identity as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cx664 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

cx664 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registrations from certain jurisdictions may be declined in accordance with cx664's regulatory and compliance obligations.

Account registration and use of the Platform is intended for personal, recreational use only. The use of cx664 for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for other players, is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Requirements

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cx664 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cx664 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via supported Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• cx664 does not charge a deposit fee. Any charges applied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits are typically credited to your cx664 account within seconds for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• cx664 reserves the right to request evidence that the depositing payment method belongs to you before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is ৳500,000 per day, subject to account verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was used to deposit into your cx664 account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• cx664 targets a processing time of under five minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals from fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• cx664 does not charge a withdrawal fee from its side. Payment provider charges, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• cx664 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may involve requesting additional KYC documentation and may extend processing times.

cx664 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, cx664 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

cx664 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all cx664 bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household address, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• cx664 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute differently from slot games.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the promotion. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• cx664 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice, subject to not negatively affecting players who are in the process of meeting existing wagering requirements.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account permanently suspended.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

cx664 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. All games available on the cx664 Platform are sourced from internationally certified providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently audited. cx664 does not operate any proprietary in-house games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx664 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature. Players who identify a technical error must report it to cx664 support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games such as poker, blackjack, or baccarat.
• Using unfair betting strategies that are specifically designed to circumvent the spirit of bonus terms, including arbitrage betting across promotions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with cx664.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the cx664 Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds of illegal origin.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cx664 staff or other players through any communication channel.

cx664 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, cx664 may suspend or close the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities as required by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Closure

cx664 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or direction from a law enforcement authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity (an account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for 12 consecutive months).

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their cx664 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining balance will be paid out to a verified payment method registered in the player's name, provided no outstanding compliance issues exist.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the cx664 Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Account Settings section after cx664 login, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent closure. Inactive Account Policy

An account is deemed inactive after 12 consecutive months without a login. cx664 will contact the player at their registered email address prior to applying any inactivity measures. After 24 months of inactivity, cx664 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to the dormant account balance. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx664 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cx664 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical faults, maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the cx664 Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional content.
• Any tax liability incurred by the player as a result of winnings or withdrawals from cx664. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

cx664 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable. cx664 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service following any unplanned outage.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, except where cx664 elects to pursue any claim or enforce any right in any other available jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of cx664 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cx664 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
